2011 was hell of a year. I mean that in a really good way. Here’s list of my favourite things that happened in last 12 months.
- Trip to States and Canada: new places, new people, new perspectives
- Godspeed! You Black Emperor and Swans live: ordinary people, huge experience
- Seeing my artwork on LP cover for the first time
- Another good year of working with people around Buba booking
- People still working on good stuff and not giving into routine
- Being able to work on so many amazing art projects through whole year
- Being comissioned by The New York Times for the first time, which was like a dream come true
Finally printed new tote bags. Printed couple of t-shirts too. All shirts and bags are screen printed with hands. T-shirts are available in gray and light yellow, all totes are in some kind of light yellow color too.

Our first reader-submitted cabin
Our faithful follower J.P.P. lives in this cabin outside Sharon, CT. It was built in the 1840’s near Pigeon Roost, NC and relocated to its current site in the 1970’s by an ornithologist of some note. It is constructed with first-generation chestnut and some tulip poplar, and originally used as a sharecropper’s dwelling.
My favorite detail: The chimney is built with stones collected from 30 different countries, a lifetime project for one of its previous, and apparently nomadic, owners.
